We are now offering Windsor chair making classes at Woodcraft stores across the U.S. Starting with our sack back chair kit and using tools from the 18th century, you will learn how to saddle a seat, make spindles, use green wood joinery to assemble the legs and stretchers, and all the other steps necessary to complete your own chair. This is a hands-on class and you will go home with a completed chair ready for finishing! We will also discuss various options for finishes (paint, stains, oils and varnishes) so that you can choose the one that best fits your decor and tastes.
